Ingredients
1 red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
1 onion, cut into 1" pieces
3 chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Smoky Pecan Rub & Seasoning
1/3 cup General Tso’s Sauce
Instructions
Place pepper and onion pieces and cubed chicken in a medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Smoky Pecan Rub & Seasoning. Mix well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Preheat BBQ. Alternate chicken, pepper and onion pieces on skewers. Grill on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently. Brush kabobs with General Tso’s Sauce during last five minutes of cooking. If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes before using.
